You should be able to keep working, you'll just still want to return that seat ASAP by one of the above methods because if you don't, the next time it happens you'll be over your seat limit. Note: In all cases, a license is valid for two (2) seats per individual, which is designed to accommodate a seamless transition between an old computer and a new computer in all of these scenarios. If the old computer died unexpectedly and cannot be used at all, contact TechSmith customer service with your license code and the name of the old machine and our customer service folks can return the seat manually. This is because those versions of Camtasia auto update the TechSmith Smart Player which is the core of how we interface with a LMS through SCORM. If the old computer cannot reach the license server across the web for some reason, Help -> Deactivate Offline will provide instructions for how to move some codes around and return the seat using a web portal (which may require a USB key to move a long code from place to place.) Camtasia 20 SCORM content will use the latest version of our SCORM integration. Uninstalling Camtasia from the old system automatically contacts the license service and returns the seat.
